What is the difference between Marketing Consultant and Marketing Representative?

The Difference is that a Marketing Consultant helps an organization market better or differently to fulfill the organizations goal or needs. Whereas a Marketing Representative implements different Marketing strategies, sometimes gathered information from a Marketing Consultant.
